Reframing CLFMA as the voice of animal agriculture.
A digital communication strategy built to shift industry perception, simplify protein awareness, and position CLFMA as an apex institution in animal agriculture.
Problem / Brand Ask
Brand Ask
CLFMA wanted to shift the industry perception from animal husbandry to animal agriculture, while positioning itself as the apex institution in its field.
The brand also wanted to create awareness around the importance of protein and highlight the role of livestock, poultry, dairy, and animal agriculture in supporting nutrition and food security.
Problem Statement
The larger challenge was to build awareness that agriculture is not limited to crop farming. The word “farmer” also includes livestock farmers, poultry farmers, dairy farmers, and others who contribute to the animal agriculture ecosystem.
At the same time, CLFMA needed to simplify conversations around protein awareness, making audiences understand why animal agriculture plays an important role in the protein value chain.
Solution / What We Did
Our Approach
We built a communication strategy that reframed CLFMA’s role from being an industry body to becoming a voice for the larger animal agriculture and protein awareness ecosystem.
Solutions Implemented
- Created content to educate audiences about animal agriculture and its importance.
- Highlighted that farming goes beyond crops and includes livestock-based livelihoods.
- Built awareness around protein, nutrition, and the role of animal agriculture in supporting protein availability.
- Positioned CLFMA as a credible, authoritative, and apex industry institution.
- Developed platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Used static posts, carousels, and videos to simplify key industry and nutrition-led narratives.
- Ran paid campaigns to improve visibility, profile visits, engagement, and follower growth.
- Supported the brand with daily monitoring, sentiment tracking, review management, and response suggestions.
